Sandspit & Kawau
Sandspit is small settlement between Warkworth and Snells Beach, also known as gateway to Kawau. Adjacent to Sandspit is Brick Bay, just short drive up the hill. Both Sandspit and Brick Bay has lovely small beach and number of interconnected walks. Recently built Sandspit Marina caters for the members of the Sandspit Yacht Club as well as other boaties. On site is a small bar/kitchen, where you can get a drink or a meal from Thursday to Sunday (open midday till late).
