Vera Reserve
Small bush with stream located on Baddeleys Road (not far from first houses at Baddeleys Beach, look for the sign on the right side of the road). Don’t expect marked track, this is good place for adventurous souls to explore native bush. If you consider walking dog here, please note that entrance is fenced and there are stiles (steps over fence). There’s no car park at the entrance, option is parking at the beach and walking back to the reserve.
Where is it located: From Warkworth drive to Matakana, before Matakana Country Park turn right and carry on to Takatu Road, then turn of to Baddeleys Beach Road.
Approximate duration: 20 minutes
